Pet Policy

Our Pet Friendly Policy welcomes dogs and cats with some restrictions for what are considered “aggressive breed.” Examples of breeds that are not accepted include (but are not limited to) breeds or mixes of breeds such as Rottweiler’s, American Staffordshire Terrier, Pit Bull, German Shepard, Doberman Pinshscher, Min-Pins, Akita, Chow, Wolf Hybrids, Dogo Argentine, Preso canario, cane Corso, Tosa Inu or other pets deemed dangerous by Management are not permitted. 2 pet per home 75 pounds combined weight. Pet Fee: $200 non-refundable pet fee for the 1st pet and $100 for the 2nd pet. We do not permit snakes, alligators, farm animals, rodents, or other exotic pets. Again, we reserve the right to meet any pet before they become part of the community, so please ask before bringing any pet home! If you have a specific question about any other animal we don’t list here, please ask.
